The Eckleburg is a theoretical ocular screening device for space travel. End goal includes high specificity and sensitivity, as well as being lightweight and user-friendly. Development challenges include scarcity of large imaging sets, unknown surrounding effects of microgravity, and design considerations.

Initial prototypes will center around automating clinical trial tasks such as identifying inclusion & exclusion criteria, tracking lab supplies, and automating orders.
